Drawing, which is the simplest and most straightforward way of expression, is the trace of the creative process between the void and the mark.<\/p>\n
The dialogue that starts with the first mark I leave on the surface in my artistic practices is like walking on a path that is both familiar and unfamiliar, providing an opportunity for exploring the known and unknown, conscious and unconscious aspects of myself.<\/p>\n
The gardens consisting of fictional spaces built with organic forms, cell structures, plants, roots, flowers, organisms, rocks, creatures, and female figures, which I combine with paint in my works, constitute the theme of my recent paintings.<\/p>\n

Yasemin Erdin Tavuk\u00e7u\u00a0 graduated from Ni\u015fanta\u015f\u0131 Anatolian High School in 1995 and from Mimar Sinan University Department of Painting, Ne\u015fe Erdok Atelier and As\u0131m \u0130\u015fler Engraving Atelier in 2000.<\/p>\n
She worked in Tayfun Erdo\u011fmu\u015f Atelier and Marmara University Fine Arts Institute Department of Painting Main Art Branch in 2001-2002.<\/p>\n
In 2006, she completed the Master’s Program in the Department of Painting at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University with her thesis “Approaches to the Concept of City in Plastic Arts in the 20th Century”.<\/p>\n
She worked on lithography and serigraphy.<\/p>\n
Between 2009-2011, she and her artist friends established “216 Idea and Production Space” and produced projects.<\/p>\n
In 2022, she completed the Proficiency in Art Program with her work “Creative Process and Design” at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University.<\/p>\n
